“Room exactly as advertised - prompt responses from host. Clean and tidy room with good amenities”

“It’s a family friendly and pet friendly place. We like the environment.”

“1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app. Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage. We booked 4 people……

“Traveled for business with an associate. Conveniently located condo with 2 separate rooms and 2 full baths. Very comfortable stay, and the staff is very responsive and helped make the check in easier.”

“This is an apartment in an apartment complex. Close to the airport and all things in the city. Cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job. There was blood on the wall by the toilet, stubble in the shower and the sheets and towels were damp. The bedding was limited and the furniture was old and scuffed. The pool was COLD and so was the hot tub. Even in 95 degrees it was too cold. The hallway in the building was scented, such a strong scent it gave a headache. ”

“La atención en recepción durante el check-in dejó mucho que desear. Si bien la habitación no estaba sucia, tenía un fuerte olor a cigarro, a pesar de ser una habitación para no fumadores. Además, todas las toallas, aunque aparentemente estaban limpias, tenían un aspecto desgastado y daban la impresión de estar usadas. Considero que es momento de renovarlas. En general, esperaba un mejor nivel de atención y cuidado en los detalles, especialmente en aspectos básicos de limpieza.”

“Clean property, easy check in process, host responds fast”

“Very clean apartment and quiet location. Kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Full water Brita jug in refrigerator was a welcoming touch. Key did not open pool gate- but pool looked great. ”

“We had a great stayed! We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament and to catch some MLB spring training games, and the location in Tempe couldn’t have worked out better. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days at the fields.Rodney was a fantastic host and was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything was just as described. We especially appreciated how welcoming and well-maintained……

“Clean and good interiors and convenient location to ASU. Great. ”

“Clean and neat and as described. This apartment worked well for us while we celebrated Family Weekend with our daughter at ASU. It was a short drive to campus.”

“It was a beautiful property. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend this place.”

“Please note we were very busy this trip and did not have an opportunity to use the facility amenities including the pool. Our review is specific to the room/apartment. Arrival instructions were lacking any info about the need to use the elevator even if you have a ground floor room. Very confusing upon arrival. In the listing was a photo of complimentary waters and snacks, but there were none in our room. Not enough towels in the bathroom, no towels in the kitchen, no Kleenex. Awoke by a……
