“The place is very clean and great location- easy to walk around Tempe, Mill Ave and ASU campus. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space. Vince was attentive and responsive. Only notes is that there are a lot of stairs, and sparse amenities- towels and toilet paper and kitchen stuff. Fine for a short stay and if you don’t plan to cook a lot. We really enjoyed it and would book it again.”

As well, the ice maker was not functioning. The rest of the unit/experience was as expected.”

“My husband and I came to attend a medical conference. The rooms at the conference venue were very expensive with lots of extra costs. We found this place online and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location from conference was about 15-20min drive. The unit was as described. Bed was comfortable. Good AC. Quiet location. The only thing that was a title off was, the previous renter didn’t leave the parking pass, so we were afraid of getting a ticket, as you have to park in the street.……
