"I will absolutely stay here again! The staff were outstanding and so helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Pool area was really nice as well and there were always clean towels available. Rooms fairly freshly remodeled, though show some signs of the building’s age. But we did our laundry, bought groceries from the store down the street and had a peaceful and wonderful stay here."

"My room key often didn't work and I was told that was true of all the rooms because it was an old building. It was very basic accommodations and priced accordingly. I didn't need or want a lot of frills. I got what I wanted but could have used a little more reliable door lock."

"I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful. The employees were super nice. My only regret is I did not have more time to explore the area. I will always look for Westin hotels while traveling"

"This place has seen better days. The best overall word for it is "tired:" worn furniture, peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, do-it-yourself fixes of shower plumbing and soap-holder. Also, I had to head out to my plane at 6:15 AM and thought I'd grab some food on the way because I was told that breakfast started at 6AM. Nope! Nada. Last: the first room I got reeked of a perfume de-odorizer that clung to my clothes when I left the room after 5 minutes there. I had to leave immediately and ask for another room. Which they did give me. It smelled less awful, but I was told that they used the same product in all the rooms. For that reason alone I would never return. "
