“All service and amenities offered by the hotel are wonderful and of the highest excellence. The front desk staff is incredibly attentive, and the housekeepers are very kind and polite. Our only observation concerns the room: it is in need of a complete renovation. The fixtures are very old, and the bathroom requires a thorough update.”
