“We arrived very early in the morning and the desk clerk gave us a free room upgrade for both of the rooms we'd booked so we could check in way before the 3:00 check in time, which was hugely appreciated!”

“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……
