“Communication with the host was awful. Just a couple of examples; 18 hours to respond when communicating about check in. The refrigerator was not cooling and beeping every 60 seconds and all night long. We reached out to the host and his response was “that’s strange”. “The Owners canceled 2 days before. Left me in a bad situation. Thank you VRBO for stepping in and making it a terrific experience. They went above and beyond to help me find additional housing that was great.”

“Clean and new feel inside - everything went as expected. Communication provided was clear and timely.”

“The host failed to ensure that I received my check-in instructions prior to my stay. I arrived at midnight and was unable to access the room. I sat in the hallway for an hour while the vrbo customer service team tried at least 3 different times to get a hold of the host. Ultimately I was unable to access the rental unit and had to find other accommodations at 1 in the morning. This was after I spent 10 hours driving and was utterly exhausted.”

“Front desk customer service was horrible! Very rude guy!”
