“Check in was horrible and confusing.”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“There was water damage on the walls of both bathrooms and the carpet was worn through in one place. No effort was made to place young children on lower floors as we had running and jumping feet in the room above us for the entire stay. ”

“Everything was great and I’d have 5 stars all the way through except the hot tub jets were broken . I wish it had been communicated there was an issue as it was the main amenity we were booking for after long days hiking on the trails, the hot tub was something to look forward to and even though it was there the jets were not working the whole week along with no lights at night to use the hot tub or at least be able to see to use the hot tub . I guess this was just disappointing since we spent……

“We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused. This in our opinion was unacceptable considering this was already over an hour and a half from……
