“The host was very communicative and was able to accommodate an early check-in which was very helpful while traveling with our toddler. Condo was amazing with high end appliances and finishes. There was construction going on but we were made aware of that prior to booking and we were offered a discounted rate. The views were still great and it didn’t bother us. Would definitely book again!”

“At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming. ”

“Couldn’t stay, not clean. I arrived late Thurs eve. Unit was organized but not clean (food in microwave, drips on toilet, crusties on chairs, dust everywhere. I sent Host msg saying I could not stay there because unit was unhealthy dirty and suggested they refund me half and use the other half to hire a new cleaner. Friday Host sent me a msg thru VRBO ap asking if I wanted the unit recleaned. I could not respond that day as I was in hospital ER for emergency surgery. Saturday host sent me a new……

“We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused. This in our opinion was unacceptable considering this was already over an hour and a half from……

“Everything was great and I’d have 5 stars all the way through except the hot tub jets were broken . I wish it had been communicated there was an issue as it was the main amenity we were booking for after long days hiking on the trails, the hot tub was something to look forward to and even though it was there the jets were not working the whole week along with no lights at night to use the hot tub or at least be able to see to use the hot tub . I guess this was just disappointing since we spent……
