Restful, beautiful, perfectPosted Oct 2, 2015
This resort was beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious. Hotel staff was amazing and accommodating. The view of fall colors out 2 sides of our suite was gorgeous. The windows do open for fresh air. The altitude is about 8100 feet so keep that in mind. It is near Vail. So many things to do in the area. This place was perfect.

A Wonderful Experience!Posted Sep 25, 2015
Pros: Amenities, including Starbucks coffee in the stand right outside our room.
Cons: A summer (off-season) dinner menu - we ate in the village that night, but would probably have preferred the hotel if the menu was right.
Location: We did the Tour de Vineyards (bicycle ride) that morning in Palisade, Colorado on the western slope, and Beaver Creek split the trip home nicely.
Never had stayed at Beaver Creek, but wanted a one-night stay-over in the mountains before heading home. What a surprise! A breathtaking Fall drive up the thruway past Beaver Creek Village. Valet parking only, helpful desk staff, and a room that just about took my breath away. French doors overlooking the village, highlighted by beautiful weather and Fall colors. Other amenities (an outdoor patio, fast internet service, plenty of closet space, and a bed about three feet off the ground that was a comfortable as I've slept in, in a long, long time!) My visit to The Pines Resort was a huge surprise, and a destination that I hope to make on repeated occasions in the near-future!

The Pines is a great place to stay.Posted Sep 20, 2015
Everything with is hotel is a great experience. Everyone from the valet to the restaurant personnel were wonderful. The check in process is fast and very accommodating to as many questions as you can think of since it was our first time in this area. Definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

High end customer servicePosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Above all, the view is not to be believed. It's amazing. Gorgeous.
Cons: Can't really think of anything.
Location: Quick access to a variety of wonderful mountain activities. Very glad I came in the off season - lot of things to do at less cost.
The resort, of course, was beautiful. Many in that area are. What set this facility apart was the very high end customer service. Staff was extremely helpful and family friendly (this was me and my two year old, my hands were quite full). They had plenty of helpful suggestions for the area and stepped in to be an extra set of hands when I needed it. Sweet, little extra touches, too, like they always arranged my daughter's stuffed animals in a new way, made little bow ties out of the blankies, etc. They took great care of us.

Great place to stayPosted Aug 24, 2015
Went for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make special requests and accommodations in the room. They even upgraded our room to a panoramic view of Beaver Creek.
