“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“Stunning hotel. Clean, calm, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were really friendly and professional- I can’t remember all their names but Tanya, Gemma and Sara were great. Five minute walk to the beach. A nice pool area. Would highly recommend staying here and I’m looking forward to returning. ”
