This apartment is in a well-connected yet peaceful residential area, making it easy to explore Valencia while enjoying a quiet stay.

The `Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias` is just 10 minutes away by car or 15-20 minutes by public transport, while the historic center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes by public transport.

The Playa de la Malvarrosa is only 15 minutes away by car or around 30-35 minutes by public transport, and the stunning Albufera Natural Park is just a 20-minute drive.

The accommodation is on the ground floor with direct street access.

Due to its magnificent and central location you may hear some noise during your stay.

There is no private parking, but you can park your car free of charge in the surroundings of the accommodation.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
