“前台的女人表现粗鲁，思维混乱，情绪不稳定，我预定过车位也知道需要付钱，她一定要我先去街上寻找免费车位，目的是避免停在他们的小停车场会带来的麻烦，去五渔村前她给了我错误的建议，她建议我们坐火车去走还在封闭的蓝线道路，事实上这些道路已经封闭很多年，第二天结账后我从房间返回把房卡放在前台，并和清洁的女工说了，下楼后看到她和我的孩子要房卡，我和她说房卡我还回去了，回去就可以看到，可是她疯了一样一定要让我们和她一起回去，不停的说不还房卡要扣钱，我坚持没去，然后她回去找到了房卡.我们在意大利旅行住过五家酒店，前面四家都很顺利愉快，只有在这里遇到各种问题，都是因为这个愚蠢自以为是的女人.”
