“totally fantastic stay at this absolutely gorgeous property. the welcome was warm, the room comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious, and the property grounds and views amazing. the breakfast was amazing - the best we had on our trip through Normandy. everything was delicious and fresh. definitely recommend staying here, it was positively enchanting.”

“Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special.”

“When we arrived the owner greeted us and showed us to a lovely room we had booked, we only stayed the one night en route to our holiday destination and found the room clean and very comfortable . we were given lots of local information to find a bistro in the local town of Aunay sur Odon. The breakfast was well received and presented in a pleasant manner by Thom who was charming . we will have to come again next year and well worth a visit especially for a qiuck over night and as in our case……

“Siamo stati bene, camere silenziose, parcheggio gratuito, macchinetta del caffè in camera, ben collegata con il centro città attraverso il T2 e tanti servizi in zona. Apprezzata la formula del menù al ristorante con buona cucina e prezzi contenuti, non abbiamo avuto necessità di cenare altrove. Unica piccola pecca: ci hanno assegnato la camera disabili e spesso per fare la doccia, il bagno si allagava. Personale molto cortese.”

“Nice property. This old building is a reasonable walking distance to the downtown and the burger place right beside it is 10/10! The four person room was great as the two twin beds are upstairs in a loft area. The kids got their own space to spread out. The beds are hard, but clean. Bathroom was a good size and as expected. Obviously, no AC but they provided fans on each level.”

“Young and very polite French lady on reception spoke English. Any criticism is our own fault. We paid for the lowest price room which didn’t include air conditioning. Just check you are paying enough for your room to include it if you want it. USB charging ports weren’t available. Top tip though. Most TVs have USB ports which you can use to charge your phones.”
