Great location, close to the Rialto bridge. If you plan to cross the Rialto Bridge with luggage, please be aware that the bridge does not have a ramp. It’s a stone arch bridge with steps. There is a stop for some public water transport located on the hotel’s side, check your route and stops beforehand if you have heavy luggage.

Very nice hotel close to everything great view

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Venice. The staff are lovely. Buffet style breakfast very good.
Our room was not as described on their website and there was a cost to change it which was very disappointing. Canal side room was small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast area right outside our room which was a little awkward.
Room in need of a spruce up as there was damaged paint and a chunk of the door missing. Walls by the windows dirty with white fluid splats over them and there was some old toilet paper stuck to the wall next to the lavatory.

Nice property right near the Rialto bridge so very convenient to get the water taxis to and from the train station. We were hoping to have a small canal view but our room overlooked the building right next door. Room was small but very functional. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Small but good breakfast buffet.

Excellent service, good breakfast; room had a great view of Rialto bridge and we were able to walk around as the hotel is close to everything.

Great location! Our room was NOTHING like what it was advertised to be. But was clean, safe and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the views perfect!
