Ultimately this was such a cool place to stay. The location is great if you want to hit the tourist traps or even better is enjoying the local spots close by. The bed was clean, bathroom had good space, and the rooms were a great temperature. On the down side the WiFi was very spotty in our rooms, and the old carpet might turn some people off. However this served as a fantastic home base for our three night stay, I will go back.

Front desk guy is very helpful, we checked in found out there is no cold water , the toilet is not flushing , they gave us a small plastic bucket to flush the toilet , we stayed for 1 night from our 4 nights booked, they promised that they will fix the problem but it’s Friday so it’s hard to get someone, we end up leaving the next day evening as they have not fix the problem. The guy was pleasantly said you can find another place and will sure you will get the refund, the room is awe full the bathroom and shower is disgusting . A very stressful day & night . Lucky we found a better place .

Would not recommend unless you enjoy one level above camping. Had a bed and shower, but otherwise, wifi connected but internet access was not available, cracks in the walls, mold in the restroom, no hot water, toilet got backed up after regular use, and staff did not attempt to unclog it, the maid kept opening the windows (no screens) letting mosquitoes in. Venice was beautiful, but would not go back to this hotel.

Trotz des späten Check-ins konnten wir die Stadt erkundigen. Unser Gepäck haben wir da stehen lassen und sind in Richtung Zentrum gegangen. Die beste Methode ist es mit dem Wasserboot zu fahren um von a nach B zu kommen. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen und hat auch noch ein Restaurant zu bieten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend gerade bei den Stimmungsschwankungen des Wetters (von Sonnenschein auf Regensturm umgesprungen) und boten uns Regenschirme an.

You get what you pay for here. The location is great and the air conditioning worked for our entire stay while it was very hot here. However, the beds were incredibly small - 6ft tall person's legs hang off the bottom and the "blanket" is just a bed sheet. Shower doesn't drain, and mold everywhere. But for a very short stay, with expectations fairly established, it works

Everything was wrong The receptionist in the morning was very disrespectful, they gave us a very dirty room, the dirty bathroom, we couldn't shower because the water wasn't going away, it was stagnant and they didn't want to change our room and told us to talk to Expedia. When we spoke to the guy at reception he told us to leave the hotel and to get a refund through Expedia which we have not been told by Expedia they wouldn’t give us the refund as the hotel had denied saying to give the refund which was totally false. Everything was not correct and it is not acceptable for a hotel to have that type of rooms.

Fairly easy check in. Ok distance walk to Venice. AC does not keep up - needs more air flow to keep temperature fairly cool. Room fairly clean, but VERY dates and things broken (TV, shower stall leaks, windows don’t open well to get breeze) decent check in, shows you to your room.

There was mould all over the room and bathroom a health hazzard The TV in the room had been smashed but left plug on very dangerous. When I complained and requested a change of room or tv they told me were fully booked and will send technician next morning (no technician could fix the tv) nothing happened they offer 10% discount for inconvenience and another 10% if we gave a positive review. I told them to give the 20% inconvenience and i will abstain to put a bad review. They didnt - do go there
