"My main issue is there is no AC!! You can not be comfortable without AC in any hotel. Also no coffee maker or microwave. You are very far off from anywhere so having these few things would help the stay much more enjoyable. If you are on for extra privacy pick some place else. But the Views!! OMG The VIEWS are AMAZING, very peaceful place to have some alone time. "

"The location is great and the property is very nice. My only complaint is that every time I use Expedia the room I get is usually the room for disabilities. My last day we specifically booked a room that was not an ended up with the same old, same old. I wish somehow this trend could be eliminated. "Check-in was super easy, room was very clean. Love that they are pet friendly. Easy to walk downtown for food and shopping, and just down the street is an Albertson’s grocery store. Only downside is that currently (Sept 2024) a lot of the workers that are doing road work on Hwy 101 between Carpinteria and Santa Barbara are staying here, and they go in and out with the large semi-trucks and trailers. It’s noisy with the loud engines and the beeping when they back up. "
