“I wish there were more stars available for this hotel. It is worth the cost. I can’t say enough about how awesome ALL staff were with us.”

“The best!!!”

“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……

“I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. Breakfast was basically self-service (we had to pick up cutlery and……

“服务非常棒！极力推荐，但前提是自己有车，否则恐怕不方便到达。”

“Superbe séjour dans un endroit grandiose.”

“nice view! The lady at the reception is very kind. Staying one night there was a good choice for us.”

“一切都非常好，无可挑剔”

“Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city.”

“We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal.”

“房間與服務都很經緻的旅館，四週環境優美。”
