“Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Frühstück und Service waren super, die Lage war top (für uns war alles fußläufig erreichbar). Wir können dieses Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen .”

“only provide expensive valet parking and breakfast not included.... Not worthy for that pricing at all.”

“What a wonderful five star experience. From the beautifully decorated manor house to the incredible grounds, everything was inspiring and impeccable. So much thought went into the surroundings and no expense expired. The staff were so friendly and not pretentious at all for a 5 Star experience. I had initially put a four star as we had a family in the room upstairs who had a very loud toddler that was running around until 11:30 PM the first night we stayed. The child was running back-and-forth……

“Many thanks to the inner keepers. we had a great time staying at this inn. It's clean, and coveniently close to every place which we need to visit on the trip.”

“The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.”

“各方面都滿意”

“The worst hotel I had ever been! What we saw after enter the room was all the windows were opened without insect screen mesh so our room was full of flys, big bugs and their dead bodies. We reported it to the front desk immediately and proposed to switch another room. He suggested to refresh the room again as the hotel was fully booked. After around 30 minutes, we accessed to the room again. There were some small flys but we thought it was acceptable as we have no choice. However at 9:30pm,……

“很好，可惜有蟲”

“Very noisy!!!”

“Everything is Ok ”

“I would have liked another chair as there was only one. Coffee pods were small but nice to have a selection. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Manager had to be called and told to call the fire department. I would have thought maybe the manager would have received a notification that the alarm was going off. It was also a struggle to have it turned off and to stay off. I received no check in instructions and the house is no longer part of the Spinnaker Pub. That would have been……

“Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.”

“海景房景觀非常棒，房間新又乾淨，因為屬於日本APA集團所以也有日本免治馬桶的設施，很令人驚喜👍👍👍”
