We stayed in the Pendray room #5. Nice large room with a great balcony. Breakfast was a great experience each morning and the staff was top notch. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Clean, spaceous , nicely decorated antique rooms. Great location to all inner harbour restaurants, museum, attractions. Good view of the harbour from the room's private balcony. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with many choices. Tea menu alone was extraordinary . All staff were very polite and very helpful. Great place to stay.

Perfect place for a weekend get away. Breakfast was lovely and we took advantage of booking an afternoon tea. Property was close to everything and we were able to just walk down to government street.

The breakfast that was included in the room cost was amazing, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was like walking into the 1890s, there were little personal touches everywhere that were wonderful.

Breakfast was delicious and the house is super close to downtown Victoria. You walk right past the parliament buildings along the water to get into downtown. It’s a beautiful location, great food and super cute rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in process was a bit annoying with having to line up at the other building and waited for the longest time even if I thought I did online checkin prior. The Pendray building staff leaves early or are never around. The garden room wasn’t exactly facing the flower garden but the community veggie garden so that threw me off a bit plus the construction noise. The breakfast was very nice. Everything else felt very self serve not really hotel feel.

The Pendray Room is a dream to stay in. The gardens on the property are lovely. The breakfasts are so well presented and delicious. The staff were all so cheerful and welcoming. The property is super quaint with lovely touches. The best thing was the delicious English breakfast. It was so unique. Two years ago they had the best hot chocolate I have EVER tasted. Sadly, they didn’t have it this year. We were told they only have it during the hot chocolate festival which was held in January and February. We were confused because we were there in April last year as well as this year.

Breakfast was very nice. Well presented with courteous and professional staff. Room was spacious. Housekeeping was basic. Baseboards hasn't been cleaned in a decade. Exterior needs paint. The property needs some love. Although the interior is okay it could e great. Website mentioned some construction noise. It is constant from 7am for 12 hours.

The room that we had was excellent - very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent - very unique and tasty. One evening tried their Prime Rib dinner and really enjoyed that! Would definitely stay there again when in Victoria!
