“The staff were all very nice, from the beginning till the end. We booked a two bedrooms room, one room was slightly bigger with a bathroom inside and a nicer view, one’s bathroom was outside and the window view was inward. The kitchen and living room space were both great and fully equipped. If you need to change towels or cleaning, you can arrange the service a day earlier. Tram, bus, and metro station were all close. I will definitely choose here again when I visit Amsterdam next time. ”

“The Jordaan area is a wonderful area to stay. Twenty minute walks bring you to the major sites, but the Anne Frank House and Westerkirk are much closer. The Jordaan neighborhood itself is a wealth of restaurants, cages, and shops.The flat is small... really a single room divided into areas, but had everything needed including a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The shower is teeny tiny!The location was superb on the canal and we would stay again.”

“Lovely apartment centrally located overlooking a canal. Very easy to walk everywhere. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Derick & Steve are the most hospitable hosts I have experienced. Personally welcomed us and stocked the house with welcome package that included coffee, milk and snacks, fruit etc. They also invited us to a Sunday cruise on the canals with wine cheese and friends. Can’t say enough good things about this experience. ”

“We were traveling as a family with two of our young adult children. We love staying in properties that offer local character, and this property delivers. Located across from a canal, it has extensive views of all the comings and goings on the canal. Beautiful! Please heed the owner's warning about the steep stairs. If you have mobility challenges in any way, this property is not for you. Having said that, my husband has a bum knee, and he was able to manage. Interior stairway offers child safety……
