"Wir haben nicht erwartet, dass die Unterkunft zumindest in der Mehrheit der Räume müffelig war. Die Waschmaschine war schimmelig, die Dunstabzugshaube war fettig und der ganze Raum roch unangenehm. Die zwei kleinen Schlafzimmer rochen staubig und leicht stockig. Unter den Matratzen war es schmutzig. Die Dusche und das Bad hatten schimmelige Silikonfugen. "Firstly, the hotel staff were amazing. From check-in with Melle, and support from Max and Sophie. In fact, Sophie made us feel like our business mattered. The food was great with lots of choices for breakfast. We described the room as a bento box. Everything was just in the right place. Very close to visiting museums but with easy access to transportation."
