"Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. "

"Our extended family of 13 had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year at this amazing Massanutten home. The game room, movie theater, sauna and hot tub were a big hit with young and old. All the amenities, the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and cozy living room made it hard to get our group out the door for our planned snow activities. "

"The pool was way overcrowded. There were adults drinking in the hot tub with minors. Teenagers throwing footballs and hitting younger kids in the head, and pushing random younger kids under the water. It was crazy. The cold watee knob on our tub was broken off and couldn't be used. There was a trash can in the livingroom that had never been emptied before we got there. It had bags traah from Starbucks in it. There were no sheets available for the pullout couch. When we requested them we told the desk we would be out. They saud they'd leave them outside the door and said tgey would not enter the unit. When we got back tge sheets were inside our dining area. It's a pretty place but we were not impressed honestly."
