“The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. The costs should be part……

“Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly.
