"Rotterdam was just a one night stop before our flight back home and we loved it and this hotel made the difference. Super friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed, great food nearby. "We stayed at the wonderful Eye Hotel for seven nights in July. We were so happy we chose this hotel as our home base as we toured Utrecht and did day trips to Amsterdam, Delft, and more. The Eye Hotel is in a great area which we found to be very central and within walking distance of amenities. Slightly tucked away on a quieter street, it was nice to be away from the noisy areas but still feel like we were in a hip spot. The hotel and room itself were wonderful! Very clean and more than enough room for two - we stayed on the second floor. Air conditioning was very much appreciated. Although we didn’t have the breakfast which looked great, the free lattes and cappuccinos in the morning were a great way to start the day. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again in the near future."

"While it was kind (and odd) to be upgraded but without access to the M Lounge, it really didn't matter. The staff working The Pillars were all superb - particularly Maressa who kindly helped me improve my Dutch language skills. As the other 'front of house' for the hotel they are an absolute credit and I hope are recognised as such. The room was wonderful and we slept well followed up by an extensive range of breakfast choices to set you up for the day. I can recommend the cheese omelette. The location just across from Centraal station was another benefit meaning we had time to explore more Rotterdam before finally catching the train home."
