A unique hotel with a beautiful garden and a restaurant that serves excellent food and service.
The rooms are all unique, clean and with very comfortable beds. There’s walking distance in to town and the area around is nice and quiet.
What a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful manicured gardens
I stayed in a room on the water. What a room, plenty of space, excellent shower, comfy bed, beautiful.
Stunning buildings & gardens a short bus ride from the centre of the city. A very special place with unique personality & fascinating history. The dining room was busy so make sure you book. Good parking spaces just next to the garden.

Nice hotel outside Rotterdam. Beautiful garden by the water. 2km from railway station.
Breakfast was good, but I was missing porridge and scrambled eggs.
Lovely place, slightly expensive and rather disappointing restaurant. both facility and food. Breakfast buffet was squeezed into a corner and conseqently crowded and shambolic.
Really enjoyed our stay here it was a good base to explore the region on bikes. The local area has all the services that you will need if you are on a bike tour and it's a great location to use as a basis to explore the region.
A once huge and ornate water tower transformed into a unique hotel with great accomodations, its own high quality restaurant and convenient parking. Highly recommended!
Nice to stay at a place that is full of character, it is a historic building an old water tower that has been converted into a hotel, beautiful gardens and quaint rooms with riveted support structures, a different and enjoyable stay, really pleasant and helpful staff too, I would hesitate to recommend this place, could have a faster internet though
A great and charming hotel. We had a floating room and it was quite an experience. The room was well equipped with partly "expensive " objects. The garden is beautiful. Dinner was made of fresh food, perhaps a little bit more fantasy would have been a plus. Moreover, the cleaning service could make an effort. Spider webs are acceptable in a nature environment, but not dust.
Stayed in the boat house. Lovely clean place on the water with beautiful views and rooms but booked a room at this hotel specifically because it had air con as i had been working in a hot factory all day. However, there were no rooms left with air con. There were a lot of spiders which i am an arachnophobe so made me very uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited. Pait €17 and basically only had a couple of coissants and a coulle of slices of bread.
