“After being stranded in Milwaukee because pathetic express ferry canceled our trip back to Muskegon we were forced to seek shelter. “We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. “The room was comfortable & clean with a luxurious bed. It was a great hotel to stay at for the affordable price.
