“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Checkin is slow and needs repeating when staying an extra day. Nice Enron’s, spacious. But temperature regulation in common areas and our room was poor.”

“Staff were not very friendly or helpful. Were very annoyed that we used Expedia to book the hotel. I called the day before to confirm my room and someone confirmed it was booked and ready, when we arrived they stated there was no room and were fully booked. They had to kick someone else out of a room in order to accommodate us and were very put out about it. Overall not a bad experience, just a strange one and uncomfortable to be the target of frustration with Expedia.”

“We rented two rooms for our group. The layouts were very different. One was definitely more functional than the other. I was disappointed at the lack of dresser storage space... I don't like living out of a suitcase. But all of us commented on how clean the hotel was. We were able to walk around in our rooms and also the hallway wearing white socks and they remained white! Unfortunately I forgot a couple of items in the room after we checked out and I'm still waiting to hear back on if my items……
