“It wasn't very clean, very rundown”

“the property was clean and comfortable. Was having a hard time trying to figure out what exactly the plus stood for. the towels were a little on the thin side and no USB plugs.”

“Directions into the resort is a little challenging. Signage could be better to direct you to the office for checkin. There are only 5 parking spots to check in and a very tight area to turn around to get your car out of that area. The room is a normal hotel room. Your room key will get you into the hot springs pool. There are a lot of people who come to use the facility by the hour, so sometimes the pool is very busy. We used the soak & body wrap spa treatment. There was some maintenance with……

“The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.”
