“Check-in was a piece of cake. Even though renovations are in progress, the hotel is clean and quiet. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Access to the Casey's Center is super easy. This is a great place to stay if you are attending an event there.”

Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer.”

“Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience ”
