“I really enjoyed the scenic views that the property had to offer (check the listing so you can select a room with a view if this is important to you). I enjoyed dinner downstairs in the tavern while sitting on the back porch. Watched the sun set while enjoying dinner and a drink. I appreciated the contactless entry and checkout and the little shared kitchen for morning coffee.”

“Historical B&B in a beautiful location on the Mohawk River, we had a great stay here. The place is filled with awesome antiques acquired by proprietors John and Pam over 30 years. The inn dates back to the 1800's and four U.S. Presidents have stayed here. Located 22 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack and 45 minutes from Lake George, we loved being able to explore the area and return to this quiet inn. Breakfast was delicious and John & Pam were gracious hosts who provided great tips for exploring……

“The owner, John, is lovely. He has created a beautiful and eclectic bed and breakfast. There are so many unique and varied details to the decor in this historic farm house that you will notice something new every time you pass through an area. The breakfast was delicious and it was a nice mix of being able to socialize with John and having our own space. Thank you for a fun, comfortable, and enjoyable stay!”

“From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. ”
