“Definitely a great place to stay! We all were comfortable and enjoyed our time. We will definitely stay there again for future trips. Everything was very clean. Lots of towels. Extra blankets and pillows. And there were plenty of things to be able to cook to avoid eating out. Super pleased!”

“Vintage vibes complete with the smell of grandma’s home. Beds were uncomfortable. Furniture was vintage and not in great shape. Hall bath had moldy caulking around the tub. Spiders and small bugs coming out of the drains.”

“I had an emergency and was only able to stay one night, but enjoyed my stay ”

“The place wasn’t how the pictures were on the app. It was hard to find the room. The keys for the room are very hard to open the room door . It’s like you have to struggle just to get inside . The room is inside of an abandoned building… some staff in the building was telling me that I shouldn’t be staying there or they wouldn’t stay there so it made me feel unsafe… the bed doesn’t match the head board. Everything just doesn’t match the images the host posted..”

“Charles was super responsive and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the shower head great water pressure :-)”

“This is part of a charming farmhouse. It is modern, clean, well-appointed and comfortable with some special touches thrown in, like a pitcher of fresh cream and a bowl of eggs in the refrigerator, along with a loaf of freshly baked bread on the counter (and a half gallon of vanilla bean ice cream in the freezer that I didn't see until the last night!). The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, great shower and there were enough books and games for any taste. It's well located near some……

“Clean rooms. Friendly host”

“Very clean and the host was great ”

“Pro Unit very clean, check in was easy and host was responsive to issues 24/7.Unit is large with new appliances in full kitchen. It is located in a beautiful rural area of CT. I highly recommend it”

“clean and open outside areas to relax in. good quality bed and nice interior.”

“Everything about Jefferson House was perfect. It was located in a beautiful part of Connecticut adjoining a state park. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a large island for dining. The bed, pillows and living room furnishings were very comfortable. The house was well up-to-date with two TVs, a charging device with multiple cords, a double oven (!), and countless thoughtful touches. I cannot recommend it highly enough!”

“I didn’t realize there’s no cable/smart tv”

“I really enjoyed my four night stay here.”

“This lake home is absolutely beautiful! The views from the enclosed porch/sunroom are breathtaking ! My friend woke up early one morning and captured the sunrise, she said it was spectacular moment. Karen was an amazing host! Extremely accommodating and very welcoming! We loved the the snack basket, the fireplace at night, the gorgeous views of the lake as we dined Al fresco. The children had a ball and enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Omg I could go on and on. I hope we get to stay here again……

“The house was exactly like described in the ad, it was clean, bed was comfortable, great location, nicely furnished even the kitchen accessories, although we did not use much because our stay was short and was not at the house all that much. Only concern i had was with host but it really was not a big deal, i asked a couple questions about a few items but never got an answer. But overall would rent again, very satisfied and well priced. ”

“House was lovely and very comfortable. The ammenities in house were plentiful and up to date. We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. House was roomier and nicer than it appeared in the photos”

“I discovered fleas or some type of small, flying insects in and on the bed linens after feeling itchy when I tried to fall asleep. Since I couldn’t sleep with bugs, my friend and I had to pack up very late in the evening and go elsewhere. The hosts came to the apartment before we left and tried first to say we must have opened a window and let in the bugs. Then they said it was just nature. We said sorry, but we can’t sleep with bugs. The host issued only a partial refund. This was a total……
