“After getting a phone call while traveling during an unbelievable monsoon to the motel we had reserved 2 months ago, and telling us they were having water leakage problems and that there were no rooms available for us and nothing that they could do, we pulled into a rest stop and made a reservation online with Days Inn in Southington, CT not far from where we had planned to stop. When we arrived, which was right off I-84 and very convenient, the check in process was done quickly, and the lady……
