Tokoriki Island Resort - Adults only
"Loved it"
Mantaray Island Resort
"Lovely place. Great staff."
Octopus Resort
"Lovely resort in the Yasawas. We loved our beachfront buree with its own designated daybed and beach chairs. The meal plan was not optional and would probably have preferred to have had the choice. The Japanese restaurant (Donu) was fantastic and the chefs were all very focussed and professional! Food art is the best description!! Day spa was awesome too"
Barefoot Kuata Island Resort Fiji
"This is an awesome island made extra special by the people who work there. Food is well prepared and more than adequate. I don't eat meat, however there was plenty for me to choose from. It's such a friendly happy place to stay. The vibe is wonderful. Our bure was beach front and the lapping of the sea was so soothing. We didn't participate in any of the activities as we were there to relax. Sunrises are stunning. Our stay was perfect"
Paradise Cove Resort
"A true paradise that I hope to come back one day. The property is just magical and the service and rooms are spectacular. The omakase dinner is so worth it! A must try -yoga in the morning, amazing snorkeling off the hotel beach and wonderful bar staff.Mojee always made sure our drinks were full always with a big smile. Thank you"
Naqalia Lodge
"As soon as we stepped onto the boat we were greeted with a big smile from the wonderful Manager of Naqalia Lodge. Everyone there made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. There were two rules at Naqalia Lodge: 1. Eat as much as you can and 2. Wake up every day with a happy face. Pretty easy considering the outlook from our bungalow, the variety of delicious food and the beautiful, happy people who run Naqalia Lodge. The accomodation is basic so don’t come here if you are precious. Cold showers only. Our bed was huge and clean and comfortable. Whilst on their land, you are family. The reef is teeming with fish and colourful coral so snorkelling is a delight. There is a compulsory meal plan which was great value ( especially if you eat lots as you can go back and fill your plate until the food is gone!) Each day there is a different selection of delicious food, served buffet style. There is tea and coffee available all day and a cake or yummy treat left over from the morning meal which is available until it’s all eaten. You can drink their tank water ( we did with no problem). We had a fabulous time at Naqalia Lodge. We left with lots of happy memories, warm hearts ( and bigger bellies !!) and we will definitely be back again."
Korovou Eco Lodge
"We went with open minds after reading mixed reviews. The staff were great and so accommodating. The food was amazing. The facilities are basic but we expected that. The trip to coral garden was epic. Unfortunately we didn't see any manta ray but maybe next time. Oh and there was water in the swimming pool. We had a great time and incredible snorkeling experiences"
Barefoot Manta Island Resort and Marine Sanctuary
"The staff at Manta Beach are amazing. Some of the kindest, most helpful people that I have ever met."
Fijian family community stay in paradise.
"My friends and I booked this stay at the last minute because we wanted an adventure and to get a feel for the 'real' Fiji. This homestay did not disappoint. Our host Bill and his wife Paula were absolutely wonderful. Bill is an excellent communicator who is prompt, professional and honest. He happily answered all of our questions and organised all of our transport and activities. Paula is an incredible chef and every meal we ate was full of local produce, either grown on their farm or caught on the reef. We were even lucky enough to score a crayfish dinner at no extra cost. During our time on Wayasewa, we explored the village and school, toured Bill's farm, met countless friendly people, attended a beautiful Church service, participated in a Kava Ceremony with the Village Chief and got to go snorkelling with Manta Rays and Reef Sharks. In addition to this, Bill is a wealth of knowledge and we all learned so much about Fijian history, life and culture from our conversations with him. Our 3 nights on Wayasewa were the highlight of our two week stay in Fiji and all four of us feel that we got exceptional value for money. If you're looking for a five star resort, this isn't the stay for you, but if you're wanting an authentic insight into how people really live in a Fijian village, then this is the best homestay you will ever find. It is wonderful to know that the money we spent over our stay all goes to these lovely people and the development of their beautiful village."
