"Good: 5 mins walk to tube station and big M&S super market. Check in fast. Room: sacious, neat, quiet. Wifi: fast and stable. Free bottles of water in the room. Breakfast: various choices such as sausages, fried & boiled eggs etc. Bad: no moveable shower head, which is not flexible to wash my body. "

"The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was 140 pounds. The fine is 170 pounds, and with Eurocar admin charge 45 pounds. After repeated chasing with Eurocar & Hotels.com they still refuse to waive the amount. Want to get ripped off, this is a good place to start."
