“Stayed the night in the converted skittle ally - Pre-Booked a table for Dinner days before, Service was really poor - Left for 35 Minutes with no one attempting to take order, had to go to bar to complain - staff more interested in chatting with locals then serving the tables - food was dropped on the table, at no point did anyone ask if the food was ok, left feeling like we were not welcome - a complete shame because the food we did receive was amazing ! clearly a great kitchen team, let down……

“What a beautiful hotel. I stayed in a superior double which was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and excellent tea and coffee, biscuits and water. The owners were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. You would never go hungry.
