I had booked a twin room . Of course nothing unusual about beams in a 400 year old inn ,indeed charming, but the risk of head injury made for an uncomfortable stay in this room. Other than this the staff were excellent and the food was beautiful. The Inn has a lovely community vibe to it obviously catering to the friendly locals in the absence of closed shopsand services around it. We went out for dinner which was a pity as the menu looked good. The owners and staff are lovely and welcoming and we will probably book again but on a night when we can get dinner.
