"It’s was clean"

"No It was a view to an industrial area. We arrived and I pulled out the pull out bed. And it was filthy and dingy and also the mattress was too. Was also broken at the end and unsleepable. He had to move rooms. The next room I pulled out the pullout couch. It's very uncomfortable and there is no way you can get a Good Night's sleep on it at all. So it shouldn't be advertised that you can use it to sleep because you will not. The second room the mattress looked OK and it wasn't dingy. But it wasn't made and I needed to go make it with the linen in the closet. Unfortunately, there was make up all over the pillow case of the pillow that I was making my bed with and the other one was dingy. And dirty also. Went down to the desk and they were helpful and inbaraced already had some pretty big issues. Also, we had to run the faucet in the bathroom. Over 20 minutes it was cold that whole time. And finally, it became warm so we could wash our hands. But it never really got hot enough to kill the germs. The staff was nice and I thought everything would be o k but these things were not. I'm sure it's very busy friendly. But we were there for a soccer tournament and needed to sleep. And the bed that I was on was unsleepable. Even used 4 pillows and also grab some extra comforters to try to make it sleep and it still get me up all night long. We had very long drives to there and home. And it's never good to drive when you're super sleepy. Never have a hard time sleeping."

"The hotel was perfect for our needs - swimming for the kids and a place for the parents to hang out - And the cookies were a nice added treat!"

"Great Hotel, great room, one disappointment, the toilet, a little kid's toilet like the one you would find in a kindergarten bathroom. Seat height 12 inches from the floor. Disgusting, for anybody 6' foot tall its miserable. At least change a couple of rooms to the new toilets that came out 15 years ago and are 19-20" seat height. This is an easy fix. Couple of rooms done for around $800. Thanks"

"I booked a larger room with sofabed and kitchenette, and that was not the room I received, despite the hotel being mostly empty. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff could not have been more pleasant. "
