"Checking in and out was good.Room size was not correct , too small. Real old elevator from 1972 without door obstruction sensor . Door closes on us when whether we were in elevator or not. Plus there carpet in elevator was loose causing myself to stumble upon entering elevator. Breakfast itself was plenty , but Breakfast Servers were not polite. For me they missed the mark!"

"Das Frühstück ist sehr gut; minimales persönliches Manko; Rüherei ist gegart, nicht gebraten. Alles andere war prima. Ebenfalls die Cocktails in der Bar und das Essen in der Fischstube. Die Kuchen gegenüber im Café Pudding waren auch prima. Das Hotel ist an manchen Stellen zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bspw bei den Toilettenspülungen und Balkonen, aber die neuen Zimmer sind dafür schön geworden und es sind nur Kleinigkeiten. "Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!"

"The location of the hotel close to a lake and not far from the South beach is good, 1-1.5 km walk to the museum and not too far into town. Spacious room with good facilities. Could advertise better where to reccycle items such as cans and plastic."
