“Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. Stolze 200 EUR. Das ausziehbare Sofa war eine absolute Zumutung. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Für das Frühstück muss man das Gebäude wechseln. Der Fitnessraum ist komplett verwahrlost. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das gesamte Haus renovierungsbedürftig ist. Personal war sehr angenehm. Für eine Suite zum Preis von 200 EUR erwarten wir deutlich mehr. ”

“Wohnung 1 ist liebevoll ausgestattet und gemütlich, das von anderen klein gescholtene Bad reichte mir völlig aus. Leider hatte mich der Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht erreicht aber ein Anruf beim Vermieter brachte in 2 Minuten Abhilfe. Die nahegelegene Bahnstrecke war nachts entweder nicht genutzt oder zumindest nicht zu hören. Ich bin wirklich zufrieden und werde wiederkommen. ”

“Ungeeignet für Familien und vor allem Augenwischerei bei der Buchung, die Fotos stimmen teilweise nicht überein. Man bucht hier das Haus Nummer 70, welches das Büro des Vermieters ist. Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern vor Ort. Überall defekte Sachen, schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Lampen kaputt, Wände von……

“Die Unterkunft liegt für Zoo am Meer und Klimahaus sehr gut. Der Bus fährt vor der Tür und man erreicht auch die Shopping Center und den Bahnhof mit dem Bus. Geht aber auch fußläufig. Edeka in der Nähe und genügend Möglichkeiten, wenn man nicht kochen möchte. Auch im Haus recht ruhig. Für Kurztrip zu empfehlen. Alles sehr geschmackvoll, praktisch und sauber. ”
