“Not a bad view, but no direct access to ocean. Has a cliff with rocks. Beach access is further away to the right. Room had ants coming in n out of back sliding door and also small tiny bugs/lice. Which are probably harmless but kinda gross cuz they were even inside the microwave and were resistant to the microwave when on. Overall a good place to stay with two pools and not a bad view, even though we were here during three hurricanes being around, but we were not affected other than big waves……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“The host Gigi was super responsive to any questions. The unit was well supplied and functioned well for my adult daughter and me. She slept fine on the sleeper sofa and the king bed is very comfy. The view from the balcony is partially obstructed by the building, but it is very pretty. The a/c and fans kept us cool. The Royal Kahana is a nice place and you can get to the beach by walking south along the pool fence past the next condo building and onto the sand. Saw turtles everywhere we went! We……
