“The Historic Wailuku Inn was absolutely lovely! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated beach towels being provided. Free parking was also a plus! The biggest perk was Ian the chef! He was incredible!!! His food was delicious and he was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed getting to know him and all the care he took in providing for the guests. Ian was truly the cherry on top!”
“Property was nice but is more like a condo rental than "resort". The view from my room was beautiful and not too far from free parking. The room is very large with a stand up shower, decent kitchen, tv, and lanai. However the Murphy Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. I had a back ache every day and noticed blood stains on the sheets later. :(
There is absolutely NO service here so don't expect room service or anything brought to you. For new towels, you must call before 3pm and put your dirty……
“Be warned that even tho you can book thru Expedia the property chastised me in capital letters to never communicate thru Expedia. Perhaps put that in the listing. Also the kitchen had 2 forks and spoons only. The pictures look nicer than it is”
“This hotel is not for people with hearing sensibility, misophonia or hyperacusis. The restaurant bar located on the center of the property pays music from 8 AM To 10 PM. The music is not that loud, but the bass is unbearable. I couldn't use the balcony without earplugs or earphones. Other hotels have tried to move me to a more quiet area, this hotel didn't.”
