“The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included. I show the confirmation later and also the member card. “Everything was wonderful. The front desk staff was wonderful with my dog. My only complaint is that the guy that delivered my Room Service, I think was afraid of dogs. I don't think a hotel that wonderfully accepts dogs should have staff whom are afraid of dogs. He asked me to close the door as I put my food into my room.”

“My experience was great. We are staying in a loft room which separated me with my roommate who snored loudly. The loft room was quiet and the noise insulation was very good. I did not hear the noise from outside either. The airport shuttle bus service was also good that we arrived at the airport in time. ”
