“Liked the retro decor, outdoor gazebo, firepit and location.”

“This place is a gem. Located on 3rd Street close to all the action, restaurants and bars. The condo itself is beautiful and has exposed brick, vents and much more. It’s quiet during the day but it doors get loud with Broncos bar sharing a common wall. There are also unique noises probably due to the building design. Bedrooms are good size and clean bathrooms. Only concern besides the evening noise is having to carry the cooler up to the room. We will plan to stay there again but perhaps opt for……

“Thank you for your provision of a clean home. Pet bowls were even provided. The hot tub was enjoyed after a day of hiking and kayaking. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect for our time together with our daughters”

“This was one of the best VRBO experiences I've had. It was a quite, beautiful and peaceful view. Safe, comfortable accommodations, meticulously clean, and a great location for all things Sparta, WI. The decor and layout of the rental was really beautiful; a lot of handmade wood decor. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They greeted us on arrival and departure. They were helpful & quick to respond anytime we had a need. There are some stairs to reach the apartment……

“Everything was great! Thank you for answering all my questions pre-stay. Very comfortable and it was super hot weekend, AC was good. And it was quiet.”

“Great location, clean and quiet home with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and gave excellent instructions!”

“Very comfortable and had everything you need to feel at home!”

“The host is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The space is clean and comfortable, and relatively quiet for being located downtown. The only negative is the parking. On street parking is 2hr, and parking behind the building is limited M-F, with no overnight parking at all. There are parking ramps with overnight parking just a short walk away. However, they are very aggressive with citations. We received a citation during the time it took to download the parking app, get signed in,……

“I loved the communication with the host. The house in general was beautiful, it had modern updates as well as original design! It was close to a coffee shop and a grocery store. And it was 2 miles from the Bluff over look and great restaurants”

“Very nice and clean property. Private location.”

“Very nice and clean … loved the beautiful atmosphere… very peaceful and private… we highly recommend… we will be returning for the fall”

“The property is beautiful! The house very welcoming. Three couples and 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. We all had plenty of room. We also enjoyed the large yard playing outdoors. The seclusion was wonderful. The large yard was perfect to play with the dogs.Friday evening we had dinner at Badger Crossing. It was delicious. The best part was that my 2 border collies were welcome. We can't go as a family if they can't come.”

“Very clean and very nice place. Would definitely go back to the same place. The host was excellent. Responded to all of the questions I had immediately.”

“Neglected is the best word to describe this place. It has potential, but general maintenance seems to have been ignored for years. The ceiling fan shook so much it appeared it would fall off the ceiling any minute. The railing felt wobbly and, in general, the place was run-down. It was, however, clean and serviceable. The double tub was wonderful. The towels were something I would send with kids to camp rather than offer a guest. There were a few dishes to use, but you had to kneel on the floor……

“This is a very good spot.”
