“Done”

“Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling.”

“Room was clean and back side of building so quiet. Staff was friendly and ample parking.”

“Breakfast was not good ”

“Great location right off of the interstate. However, it didn't feel like that was the case. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. This was a one-night stay for us as we were passing through, so we didn't get to explore the area much outside of the immediate area. We will definitely stay there again.”

“房间很大”

“It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit……

“Everything was excellent, but the jacuzzi was down and has been most of the year!”

“Great hotel, clean and tidy for its age and location but beware it’s mostly construction workers and if you’re a single woman, it’s a little uncomfortable”

“Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was an added bonus.”

“Good stay. Helpful and friendly staff.”

“I don't know what holiday it is. Many hotels are sold out. Very good experience, quiet hotel, close to the home of friends, breakfast is also good”

“listen i don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel really has improved. last time i was there it was awful, so i was hesitant to stay again, but i heard it had some renovations and improvements. and it absolutely did!! it was very clean, well maintained, modern, cozy! i would stay again!”

“No toilet paper, there was a hole at the lock that was drilled out. The AC kept switching from AC to heat. There were ants in the kitchen area”
