“房間沒有整理，垃圾沒有丟，床沒有鋪，浴室毛巾沒有換； 和前台反應，他說這是house keep的事情。總體言之，我覺得這個飯店的管理非常的不妥善。”

“Friendly staff and very clean room. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is the fitness center was closed for upgrades while we were there. Also, there is a $5 additional charge for parking on site which seemed weird to me!”

“We have three people and the room had only one chair. We asked for additional chairs. The staff did not want to provide any.”

“Hotel was what we expected from a budget hotel Unfortunately, we chose it based on pictures and list of amenities mentioning a hot tub. When we checked in, it was again mentioned as an amenity. When we went to use the hot tub, it was an empty, stained pit next to the pool. When I expressed my disappointment at the front desk, I was told that it had been that way for 2 years. To me this is a blatant case of misrepresentation and false advertising”

“The main elevator was broken causing us to walk the entire length of the hotel to get the secondary elevator. Then on the 3rd floor we had to walk the entire length to get to our room right by the broken elevator. Talked to another guest who comes to this hotel every week on business. He said the elevator has been broken for 6 weeks. A/C fan in room was so loud with intermittent squeaking that we had to turn off the A/C on a warm night in order to sleep.”
