“Wonderful stay! My husband and I were here celebrating our belated honeymoon and 1 year anniversary, and everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The staff was kind and helpful from the moment we checked in. The food, much of which is sourced from their own farm, was delightful. The grounds are immaculate! “I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff at the hotel. The guest in the neighbouring room was being rather noisy and I knew that it would disturb my sleep, so I approached reception and they were kind enough to offer an alternative, quiet room in which I slept well... :-) I was also very impressed with the breakfast. I chose the cooked option and it set me up for the day... I would highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I'm visiting Newry.”

“Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle.”
