“The hotel looks amazing and the communal areas are beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and all the food we had at the hotel was wonderful. However we were disappointed with the room. Supposedly a Deluxe room, there was very little luxury. Bare minimum of toiletries and tea and coffee. No homely or luxurious touches. No where to hang wet towels etc. Think less first class cabin and more boiler room grunge. To be frank we could have been in a Premier Inn. The hotel is situated……

“The first room I walked into was terrible. There were pieces of big ceiling paper peeling off right outside of bathroom. The shower head was filled with gunk. We booked for 4 person room and the hotel only have 3 person room. After I addressed the issue to the staff at the reception counter, my family and I were reassigned to other rooms. During our stay, the shower screen had gap at the base and water was leaking out. The room was getting clean up daily, but the towels were not. The tissue box……
