“Close to cheer event”

“It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room……

“The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. ”

“pool side was nice and clean with well-lit lighting.”

“Everything was above standard. All you would want in a decent hotel.”

“If you need to use stairs from first floor they are outside on side of building…. there wasn’t any restaurant food during the day and evening due to short staff … the staff was very friendly and accommodating the best they could be”
