"The breakfast menu is great and satisfying. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Location is a plus, right across the train station. And the beddings and pillows, so love it, we have comfort and nice relaxation. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was very clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff let the team down. I once tried to order room service and the restaurant would not pick up the phone and then when they finally picked it up, they hung up the phone right away. When I asked at reception, I was told that the restaurant must be very busy. I also had another unpleasant experience at the restaurant during breakfast. I walked towards an empty table that was free and as I put the plate down, the waiter came over and told me to move because another couple wanted to sit there. The couple came over with their plates and I was just standing there, not knowing what to do with myself… he did not even offer a different table, just told me to move, it was such an unpleasant experience and so, so rude to treat guests like this. This really took away from the whole experience, I think that if the restaurant staff were professional and friendly, I’d give a 5 star rating. "

"Breakfast was ok to good, but there was no flexibility based on early departure. Room was nice, but there was no way to cool the room and we sweat through the night. Overall, an ok stay."

"Cant fault this hotel. Room and staff lovely. Location excellent. Hotel had a great bar and roof terrace and there was a cinema room showing a free film each night. They also give you a free drink at the bar if dont require your room to be cleaned for 3 days, and the cocktails were delicious. Had a younger vice re clientele and staff. Enterance to the hotel was at street level with a lift to the hotel, and that was a bit dark. Wasnt too expensive. Highly recommend."
