We were only here for one night, but the staff were all exceedingly friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, comfy, and cozy. The hotel is also in a very walkable part of the city, not far from the central train station. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location close to a lot of the main attractions by foot and also near tram and underground stations. Some good food and drinks locations near by making this a great hub. Hotel itself is lovely rooms a good size and spec. Breakfast was good and set you up for the day.

A wonderful hotel. Every member of staff were so helpful and friendly, we were very well looked after. We were upgraded to a recently renovated room which was beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ❤️

The hotel is excellent. It has an old world elegant charm but is totally updated. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast buffet is copious and delicious.The location near the Opera House and the subway station is great. We have stayed there three times and will definitely come back.

A low key but truly fascinating hotel. Location is central, walkable to many main interesting places. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, quiet and functional. The breakfasts are fantastic and of varieties. Every staff we met are so helpful and polite. We just feel so relaxed during our stay. Nothing downsides. Will come back in the future.

It was a great stay. The staff was very helpful and the room, shower and beds comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They didn't set up the room as two separate beds, like I booked it, but they did so when I asked. Still, when we arrived, we'd have rested for a while rather than have hotel staff move beds in our room, so they need to make sure this is taken care of in the future.
