“When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.”

“Great location and that’s why I think they can skimp a bit on amenities- virtually no storage at all in bathroom-like none- they could easily but a vanity in or inexpensive shelves over the toilet-must stream TV which is fine except the Wi-Fi in M30 for the main TV literally took 30 seconds plus to switch between channels-very few hangers in closets- might be a bit picky but they charge premium prices-service- the front desk clerk flat out lied to me which was confirmed by the manager(I didn’t……
