"Similar to a landlord special of quick patch work and fresh paint, as though the owner did just enough to make it look presentable without giving the home any sense of comfort. The house wasn't necessarily dirty but it definitely hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently, with a thin layer of dust on the surfaces and spider webs in the corners. The kitchen was missing a few things like a coffee maker and a toaster. The bedrooms had no furniture such as vanities, dressers, etc. Us guys didn't mind...

"The house was cozy and spacious. The farmhouse style fit the rural setting. Appreciated the large dining table (great for playing board games) and extra throw blankets all around. The kitchen could use a few more items such as salt & pepper and a baking sheet or pizza pan."
